Prediction and prevention of postoperative intra-abdominal adhesive complications in children

The aim of this work was to study the morphology adhesion formation under influence ozone in experiment, as well development prediction criteria and methods for correcting increased children. Materials methods. Experimental studies were carried out on 36 rabbits «Shinshilla» with a body weight 0.7–1.2 kg., which 12 animals included control group, did not carry ozonation abdominal cavity. main group consisted 24 rabbits, divided into two subgroups (12 each subgroup), ozonized cavity an ozone-oxygen mixture. In order prognostic value acetylation phenotype intraperitoneal adhesions, 67 children symptoms adhesive intestinal obstruction examined. Results. results experimental showed that there massive adhesions. basis adhesions is connective tissue significant number fibroblasts, blood vessels collagen fibers. sharp inhibition formation, delay differentiation fibroblasts their synthetic function revealed. Acetylation determined 58 patients appendicular peritonitis. 30 (51%) turned be slow acetylators, 28 (49%) fast established. allowed us isolate acetylators risk excessive timely start therapeutic preventive measures.
